When flying, pilots ascending to a higher altitude are given an instruction by air traffic control to “climb and maintain” a specific altitude. This phrase clears an aircraft to climb to the higher altitude and maintain flight at that altitude.
Change, whether personal, professional, procedural, or technological, can be viewed as an opportunity to enhance and refine capabilities, and naturally, to sustain the learning and progress attained.
